We appreciate your observance of the following:

Visits are by Appointment Only.

For emergencies:
Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center - Waukesha, WI
Animal Emergency Center - Glendale, WI

Payment is due at the time the services are performed.
You will be charged $30.00 for any returned checks.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month (Annual Percentage Rate of 18%) will be charged on unpaid balances over 30 days.
Payment methods accepted are cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.

For the safety of our clients, patients and staff, keep all animals crated or leashed and in control at all times, both inside and outside the clinic.  Animals should only be unleashed or uncrated at the direction of our staff in the examining rooms only.
